  • The Role: This is for the litigator who thrives in the courtroom. You will own cases from arraignment to resolution, handling everything from misdemeanors to high-stakes felonies.
  • The Fit: 2–5 years of experience, strong courtroom presence, and a desire to work without micromanagement.
  • Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 (Base + Bonuses).
  • The Role: A high-level position supporting our Managing Attorney. You will manage priorities, solve problems before they surface, and act as a gatekeeper for firm growth.
  • The Fit: High-level administrative experience, tech-savvy, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
  • Compensation: $43,680 – $62,400 (DOE).
